These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the BECOME Programme ("Programme") offered by BECOME by Dr Anderson ("we", "us", or "our"). By enrolling in or participating in the Programme, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
The BECOME Programme is a comprehensive coaching and development initiative designed to support personal and professional growth. The Programme includes:
Participation in the Programme is by nomination only. All participants must be nominated by an approved nominator or organization sponsor.
Nomination does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline nominations at our discretion based on programme capacity, eligibility criteria, and fit with programme objectives.
Participants must be at least 18 years of age or have parental/guardian consent if under 18.

Participants must maintain professional and respectful behavior throughout the Programme, including in all communications, sessions, and interactions with other participants and programme staff.
Regular attendance is essential for programme success. Participants who miss more than 25% of scheduled sessions may be required to withdraw from the current cohort and may be offered the opportunity to join a future cohort.
The Programme may be delivered through various methods including in-person sessions, virtual meetings, online platforms, and hybrid formats. We reserve the right to modify delivery methods based on circumstances and programme requirements.
We reserve the right to modify programme content, schedules, facilitators, and delivery methods with reasonable notice to participants. Material changes will be communicated in advance whenever possible.
We reserve the right to cancel or postpone the Programme due to insufficient enrollment, force majeure events, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, participants will be offered alternative arrangements or full refunds as appropriate.
Programme fees are determined based on the participant's nomination pathway (individual, group standard, or group custom). All fees must be paid according to the agreed payment schedule.
Payment is due according to the terms specified in your enrollment confirmation. Late payments may result in suspension of programme access until payment is received.
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis. Requests must be submitted in writing and may be subject to administrative fees. No refunds are available after 50% of the programme has been completed.
All programme materials, including but not limited to presentations, worksheets, assessments, and digital resources, are the intellectual property of BECOME by Dr Anderson and are provided for personal use only.

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By participating in the Programme, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

We are not liable for any failure to perform our obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, government regulations, technical failures, or other force majeure events.
These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to the Programme or these Terms will be resolved through:

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional programme-specific agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and BECOME by Dr Anderson regarding your participation in the Programme and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, representations, or understandings.
